Heart Pendant with Brilliant Rose Cut Topaz on Adjustable Sterling Chain

This dazzling heart-shaped pendant features a rose cut bright white topaz in a sterling silver setting. The pendant measures 1/2 an inch across at its widest and about 5/8ths of an inch tall. It comes on a .925 sterling silver adjustable chain that can be closed anywhere between 16 and 20 inches.
