These earrings are hand cast from solid sterling silver with lovely vintage rose quartz held by 4 prongs. The charms measure 1 inch tall and 5/8ths inch across as its widest point with a 1 & 3/8ths inch drop. They come on sturdy .925 sterling french hook ear wires.
