Small Reversible Hang in There Pendant - Sterling Silver and Enamel Cat Necklace for Motivation Through Tough Times

This adorable pendant may be small but it carries a strong reminder: hang in there! It is reversible so you can wear either side facing out.
The face of this pendant is 3/4 of an inch tall, 1 inch including the at the top and 7/16ths of an inch wide. It comes on a sterling silver chain that is adjustable between 16 and 20 inches.

I carved this pendant setting from a block of wax, then cast that wax ring into metal and molded it so I can make multiples. The inset then gets layers of vitreous enamel (fine glass) on both sides fired at 1400 degrees in a kiln, three separate times, to build strength and color saturation . Finally I take an illustration from my sketchbook, turn it into an enamel screen print, and fire that on the top for a durable, waterproof and vibrant finish. So many steps to make a lasting treasure.
