Whatever - Funny Enamel and Sterling Silver Ring to get you through the day

This ring measures 3/4 of an inch by 1/4 of an inch across the face and comes in whole sizes 6 through 11.

I make this ring setting from a block of wax, then cast that wax ring into metal. I take that master design and make a mold mold so I can cast multiples. The inset then gets a layer of vitreous enamel (fine glass) and fired at 1400 degrees in a kiln, four separate times, to build strength and color saturation . Finally I take an illustration from my sketchbook, turn it into an enamel screen print, and fire that on the top for a durable, waterproof and vibrant finish. So many steps to make this lasting treasure.
