The charms are made with sterling silver with inlaid layers of vitreous enamel that has been fired at 1400 degrees in a kiln. They are waterproof, durable and vibrant.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend. She loved it. The size was that of a charm, and the detail was amazing. It was also well polished and packed in a great little box with cute graphics.
